يعتبر إصلاح القانون التنظيمي لقانون المالية من الإصلاحات الهيكلية التي اعتمدت عليها الدولة في مسلسل تحديث الإدارة العمومية وجعلها أداة رئيسية في المساهمة التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية على السواء. بعد أكثر من ست سنوات على بداية تنزيل الإصلاح، لازالت الأسئلة تطرح حول ماهيته ومستجداته والعراقيل التي أعاقت تنزيله، مما يجعل المواضيع العلمية التي تتناوله ذات فائدة مهمة للسلطات المالية العمومية لما من شأن هده المواضيع أن تحمل من توصيات وأفكار تساهم في تقويم التنزيل.

Public finance management in Morocco between developments and constraints In the light of the new provisions of the financial law
The regulatory law reform of finance law is a structural reform on which the state relied In the public administration modernization series and make it a major tool in contributing to both social and economic development. More than six years after we started implementation the reform, the questions are still being asked about what it is, its updates, and the obstacles that hindered its implementation, making scientific topics of significant interest to the public financial authorities,these topics will carry recommendations and ideas contributes to the proper implementation.
