Project Description

Summary:  View help for Summary For this special data release, NaNDA partnered with the Michigan Center for Contextual Factors in Alzheimer’s Disease (MCCFAD) and the Hispanic Established Populations for the Epidemiologic Study of the Elderly (HEPESE) to curate existing NaNDA data for the 2023 MCCFAD Summer Data Immersion Program titled Neighborhood Context and Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias.

Methodology

Data Source:  View help for Data Source These data were curated from existing NaNDA datasets. Most of the datasets are publicly available in their entirety on ICPSR or openICPSR. The exceptions, at the time of this publication, are the Weather dataset and Socioeconomic and Demographic Status data prior to the year 2000. These datasets are still in the process of being curated.
