Project Description

Summary:  View help for Summary This replication folder contains two subfolders: 
1. “01 - country-level runs”.   This folder contains the codes required to return country-specific output (exported as STATA .dta files). This folder does not contain microdata. 
2. 
“02 - paper exhibits”. This folder contains the codes that jointly use the .dta files from all countries to produce the figures and tables in the paper.
