Project Description
Included are variables derived from claimant exit surveys for the years 1997-1999 -- during which period a question regarding claim purview (e.g., race or sex discrimination) -- as well as mediator demographic characteristics taken from mediator surveys. All survey and mediator ID numbers have been anonymized but remain unique to each survey and mediator.
Data are uploaded here for access to any wishing to replicate our findings.
