While many studies have focused on resilience development,
few have explored resilience development in adolescents with insecure
attachment (attachment anxiety/attachment avoidance). In this study, we
addressed how self-compassion and self-efficacy mediated insecure attachment’s
influence on resilience. We also examined the extent to which the two mediators
could mitigate insecure attachment’s influence on resilience.
