Baseline Purpose and Objectives
4.1 Purpose The purpose of the evaluation is to inform beneficiaries, program staff, management, partners and donors on the status of sexual reproductive health among adolescent girls and establish the baseline upon which future contributions of the MUTIMA program will be measured.4.2 Objectives The specific objectives for the evaluation as stated below:
- To establish baseline of core sexual and reproductive health indicators ahead of program implementation for which incremental effects can be detected via subsequent evaluations.
- Based on the results, strategize how the Education Department through the MUTIMA program will contribute toward the development of Girls in VHW area.
